We want you to love your purchase from D.DIB. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or general dissatisfaction. Refunds or replacements are offered for items that are: Defective or damaged, Incorrect (wrong item received), Lost in transit
Reporting an Issue Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at ddibapparel@gmail.com with: Your order number, A brief description of the issue , Clear photo evidence (if applicable)
Refunds & Replacements Once your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost or process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
Processing Time Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Replacement orders are placed immediately after approval.
